Apprentice Program
- Access to our online training materials that focus on estimating & marketing - Go/No-go specification analysis, bonding requirements, software tips and tricks, how we build crews in our estimates and come up with productions for tasks when bidding a job, marketing modules focused on social media & growth funnels.

Contractor Program - $100,000 Target
- Bid Set of Drawings with quantity take-off for all SBG projects.
- Daily strategy meeting access. Weekdays at 7:30 am.
- Access to our online training materials that focus on estimating & marketing - Go/No-go specification analysis, bonding requirements, software tips and tricks, how we build crews in our estimates and come up with productions for tasks when bidding a job, marketing modules focused on social media & growth funnels.

Proposal Program - $300,000 Target
- Provide $250,000 of comprehensive estimating services per month on projects that are determined to be appropriate.
- Implement estimating software solution.
- Project search on industry bid boards and websites.
- Complete quantity takeoff for all items bid.
- Materials quotes from approved venders.
- Subcontractor quotes with bid analysis provided if required.
- Strategy meeting every weekday.

Oiler Program - $600,000 Target
- Provide $500,000 of comprehensive estimating services per month on projects that are determined to be appropriate.
- Implement estimating software solution.
- Project search on industry bid boards and websites.
- Complete quantity takeoff for all items bid.
- Materials quotes from approved venders.
- Subcontractor quotes with bid analysis provided if required.
- Strategy meeting every weekday.

Operator Program - $2,000,000 Target
- Provide comprehensive estimating services for projects that are determined to be appropriate.
- Implement estimating software solution.
- Project search on industry bid boards and websites.
- Complete quantity takeoff for all items bid.
- Materials quotes from approved venders.
- Subcontractor quotes with bid analysis provided if required.
- Strategy meeting every weekday.
- Document Control
- Establish and maintain digital file system
- Bid Set of Drawings with quantity take-off.
- Submittal register/log.
- Baseline schedule provided in preconstruction phase before groundbreaking.
- Upon award of a project, a “Handoff Packet” for the superintendent/foreman. The packet will include all relevant information for the project so that they are set up to succeed. Handoff Packet includes:
- Budget
- Plans & Specifications
- Baseline Schedule
- Material Quotes & Contact Information

Executive Program - $5,000,000 Target
- $50,000,000 of bids throughout the year
- Everything included in the Operator level, plus additional resources and support for businesses targeting even larger revenue goals (e.g., enhanced cost-tracking strategies, extended project management support).

Owner Program - $10,000,000 Target
- $100,000,000 of bids throughout the year
- Comprehensive services designed to scale your company to $10 million and beyond.
- Expanded training and oversight for every stage of your projects—estimating, management, supervision, and closeout.
