Shawn has been in the construction industry for over 35 years.
Trained under business tycoons Grant Cardone, and Brandon Dawson, Shawn has implemented everything he has learned from these amazing mentors. Shawn has shifted his mindset, and belief systems and understands the importance of sales, marketing, and absolute obsession to grow any business.
It is these strategies that have helped South Bay Grading grow at a rapid pace in such little time. Shawn believes these strategies will help you grow your contractor business as well.
